Clinical Quality & Documentation Coordinator
The Clinical Quality & Documentation Coordinator ensures that Medi-Cal-billable services provided by Peer Specialists, Wellness Coaches, and Community Health Workers meet Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and Medi-Cal documentation and billing standards. This role focuses on documentation review, quality assurance, supervision, and training. The Clinical Quality & Documentation Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining Medi-Cal billing access.
